Buying a home can be very overwhelming and stressful, but this is where I can step in and help you navigate through this whole process and make it a seamless experience. Working with an agent who you really trust to negotiate the best price, terms, and conditions for you makes the world of a difference.

Get pre-approved by a trusted lender to determine how much you can borrow and the price range of your search

Assess your needs through a buyer's consultation with your agent

Select and view properties

Make an offer with the guidance of your agent on the best price, terms, and condition.

Once offer is accepted, inspections are done and contingencies are moved if there are any.

Your lender will organize an appraisal to be done to verify the home is worth what you are offering for. Your loan will go through the underwriting process and finalize the paperwork.

Title will conduct a title search and remove any encumbrances

Sign closing documents prepared by your lender with a notary and send final funds for closing

FINAL STEP: Congratulations!
Once your escrow officer reports the title has been recorded, you are officially a home owner!
